During onboarding
- Builder setup: Start from Builder Onboarding. All builders should sign up on the Orderly One portal and complete the setup/graduation flow to create their builder profile and obtain their broker ID. Orderly One serves as the builder portal for both low-code and SDK/API builders. Low-code builders will create a DEX frontend via the portal; SDK/API builders do not need to create a DEX frontend. Steps and graduation fees vary depending on your launch path.
- Architecture and scope review: Align your integration plan, core user flows, and launch scope with the Orderly team before development begins.
- Launch coordination: Use onboarding discussions to align on launch readiness, milestones, and any rollout dependencies.
Support channels
- Discord: Join the Orderly Discord for direct community and team communication.
- Builder Telegram channel: Ask the Orderly team for builder Telegram channel access so you can receive maintenance notifications and operational updates.

- Support escalation: Keep a clear internal process for technical issues and coordinate with Orderly support when the issue depends on platform behavior.
