Greetings Orderly Network community! As our anniversary month rolls on, we’re injecting some humor with our Meme Contest. Our content guy needs your help — his meme stash is running low and he hasn’t smiled in several days.
The Challenge: Create the most hilarious, creative memes related to Orderly Network. Our content guy is counting on you to renew his meme collection!
The Prize: Win a share of a 1000 USDT prize pool and get your meme featured on all our official channels. Make your mark on our community with your humor!
The Fun: Whether you’re a seasoned meme artist or just getting started, this contest is about having fun and spreading laughter. So let’s give our community something to smile about!

The Contest is organized by the Orderly Network (the “Organizer”) and is voluntary and open to all individuals who are not prohibited from participation under their respective legal regulations (the “Participant”).
The Contest starts on 19 May 2023 at 12:00 PM UTC and ends on 31 May 2023 at 23:59 PM UTC.
To take part in the Contest, each Participant has to create and post a meme in the “activities” Discord channel of the Orderly Network.
Memes posted by the Participant must be original content and must relate to the Orderly Network.
The content does not need to relate to Orderly’s anniversary.
Memes should be appropriate and cannot contain offensive or derogatory content.
Each Participant can submit multiple entries, although each Participant may only win one prize.
The Orderly Team will pick 10 Winners on the basis of creativity and humor. Each Winner will receive a prize of 100 USDT.
The Winners will be announced on the Orderly Network’s Discord server.
The prize will only be distributed to NEAR wallet addresses via NEAR Wallet, Sender Wallet, Meteor Wallet, Nightly Wallet, where winners may be subjected to their terms of use respectively.
The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize is offered and provided as-is with no warranty or guarantee by the Organizer, either express or implied.
By submitting a Meme, the Participant irrevocably grants the Organizer a zero royalty fee, non-exclusive license to use the original works and derivative copyrights thereto submitted by the Participant for the purposes of: (i) using it in marketing campaign of the Organizer; (ii) creating Discord or Telegram stickers based on the submitted Memes; (iii) creating any other derivatives based on the original works for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose.
Any submitted personal information such as wallet addresses is processed for the sole purpose of carrying out the contest (including the delivery of the prize) and will be removed upon distributing the rewards.
Nothing in these Terms is to be construed as granting the Participant any title, ownership, license or other right or interest to any intellectual property right of the Organizer. The Organizer may share with the Participants materials related to the Orderly Network, such as logo templates or team members photos. The Organizer agrees to the use of these materials by the Participants solely for the purposes of participating in the Contest.
Nothing in these Terms and communication of the Organizer shall be construed as a recommendation for investment of any kind nor shall constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation of any product or service. We are not responsible for any profit and loss made by your investment decision.
If applicable, the Winners shall be solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize (including income and withholding taxes), as required by their jurisdiction of residence.
The Participant is solely responsible for breaching any intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, that might occur by the Participant creating or posting the Meme after plagiarizing or copying the works of others or falsely claiming authorship. The
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its related entities, each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, for any claims, damages, injuries or losses of any kind, and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or relating to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action arising from or related to participating in the Contest or advertising and marketing related to the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, the Participant fully acknowledges and accepts these Terms.
The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, change, or cancel these Terms and related documents at any time without prior notice.
